We take pride in creating handmade home décor pieces and hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Exchange availability depends on stock. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because items are handmade specifically for you, custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
