Processing Time
All of our items are handmade, which means no two pieces are exactly alike.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time to create.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
